sign and fax to (617) 770-1282, commits DJ OB to providing disc
jockey services for the undersigned client. This service includes a
professional sound system of suitable power, a sizeable music
library, and a master of ceremonies. The customer agrees to maintain
adequate security to insure the safety of the equipment, vehicle,
and DJ OB himself. DJ OB will arrive one hour early for set up.
Electrical service rated at 120 volts AC, 60 cycles, 20 amps will be
required for entertainment. The customer is required to pay a
non-refundable deposit of $200 by cash or check to put this contract
in force. The balance will be paid upon the arrival of DJ OB for the
scheduled entertainment. Enclosed with the signed contract and
deposit, please include directions, music selections, and a program
of activities.
